I. Services Provided
A. InkInvite (Service) will provide the user with a tool to collect wedding addresses.B. This service is provided as is with out warranty. If there are unexpected down time of our service, InkInvite.com is not responsible for any damages.
II. Removal of accounts
A. Your account may be removed at the discretion of our staff. Violations include but are not limited to phishing scams, adult content, or illegal activies.
III. Disputes
In the event it is necessary to refer any dispute to an attorney or resolve it in a court of law, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees and all costs associated with any legal action, whether or not a suit shall actually be filed. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey and the United States of America.
IV. This service is provided "AS IS"
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE BY THE PROVIDER OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO PROVIDER FOR SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.
